• Cancellation Of The Order
BlackPods.Net cannot guarantee cancelations, as our store is operated by a non-automated team of real people. Therefore, we urge all customers to be certain of your order before submitting your purchase. You can cancel your order by contacting customer service within the first 2 hours after confirmation of the order, any later than this, and the fulfilment process has already begun after which time we unfortunately can’t stop the shipping process, you cannot cancel orders in transit.

Your cancellation request must include the following details:
→ Order number
→ Name and address of the order
→ Text requesting cancellation of the order

• Product Warranty
The warranty for all products sold is 1 month after purchase.
This warranty does not include: Any condition resulting from other than ordinary use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use; Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care; Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage; Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse; Normal wear and tear; Damages incurred during transportation; Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance; Any used, previously displayed items.

What qualifies as a malfunction? Malfunctions are limited to any technological defect that prevents you from using the BlackPods in its intended use, or any physical defect found on the BlackPods before the first use.
Any preventable damages are not deemed malfunctions as these fall under negligence, and therefore are not covered under the standard warranty. These include, but are not limited to; any damage resulting from failure to remove the hearing aid rubber bands, any physical or water damage resulting from irresponsible/risky flying.

• Returns
All items are subject to a 30-day returns window. During this time, you may choose to return yours Blackpods and receive a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of yours BlackPods. All returns are subject to a condition inspection prior to a refund. Returns labels will be issued to you, with all shipping to be paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. Items returned in a damaged condition determined to be at the fault of the user will receive a partial refund only, at an amount determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity of damages at sole discretion.
Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated by us. Any shipping purchased at checkout is non-refundable. Replacement guarantees are non-refundable.

• Returns During COVID-19
The welfare of our consumers and our employees is the most important reason why currently only returns of products with proven defect are received.

• Damages
If an item is damaged upon delivery, or is damaged due to malfunction, you must contact us immediately with video proof. Damages that occur at the fault of the user are not covered by BlackPods.Net and will only receive a partial refund if returned, determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity of damages at BlackPods.Net sole discretion.

• Return Process
We regret that your product does not work properly.

To start the return process, please send the following information to [email protected]:
→ Order number
→ Tracking number
→ A video that clearly shows the problem (images will not be accepted)
A brief description of the problem.
This information must be complete in a single email in order to request a new shipment or refund after the review of the information.

The cost of returning the product will not be covered by our company.
The product must be sent in the original packaging with all the original accessories and with the receipt printed inside the box. The product must be unused and in the same conditions as received.

After we recieve the product back and we verify it’s in the condition described above the customer can be entitled to recieve another product or a full refund of the total amount sent in the original payment method which will take around 3 to 5 days depending on the bank policies to clear out payments.
